A first act of orientation

Get the lay of the land.

The Landscape Check-In is a gentle reflective assessment across six interconnected domains of your life. It is being designed to help you see where change has travelled, what remains alive and what kind of support or nourishment may fit next.

What it is not

Not a diagnosis. Not a personality type. Not a verdict.

A life in transition should not be reduced to a single score. The Check-In is intended to create recognition, language and a more compassionate starting point.

What it may help you notice

A profile of your current landscape.

Impacted domains

Where collapse, disruption or change is being felt most strongly.

Resourced domains

Where nourishment, relationship, voice or aliveness is already present.

Cross-domain patterns

How one area may be affecting or supporting another.

A suggested doorway

Whether your next step may be nourishment, orientation, expression, gathering or deeper support.

The kinds of questions

The Check-In begins with noticing.

The final assessment is still being developed. Its questions may explore:

What changed?

Where did disruption begin, and where has it travelled?

What remains alive?

Which people, practices, places or forms of expression still nourish you?

What has become difficult to express?

Where has voice been silenced, hidden, performed or lost?

What feels possible now?

What doorway fits your current capacity rather than an idealised version of you?

“The first task is not to fix the landscape. It is to see it.

Possible next doorways

Your result will not prescribe one path.

Questions visitors may have

Is this therapy or a mental-health assessment?

No. It is a reflective, non-clinical orientation tool and should clearly direct people toward appropriate professional support when needs fall outside its scope.

Will it tell me what is wrong with me?

No. The framework begins from the position that you are not broken. It helps describe current conditions, relationships and possible doorways.

Will I receive one overall score?

The recommended design is a profile rather than a single score: impacted domains, resourced domains, cross-domain patterns and a gentle next-step suggestion.
